Colt Starting : Colt training begins with extensive groundwork including: respect, responsiveness in the halter, desensitizing techniques, and preparation for the farrier, saddle and trailer. Once the saddle is introduced, your horse learns a soft feel on both on halter and reins, leg yielding, one and two-rein stops, and the fundamentals of solid horsemanship with "feel".
Restarts: Horses that are green broke or started may have to be restarted the same as untrained colt.
Problem Solving: Disrespect, rearing, kicking, biting, bucking, bolting, trailer problems, leading problems, and general bad attitudes - these and other behaviors may be the result of improper training or incorrect handling and can be resolved.
"I took a bucking and disrespectful colt to Brad. He returned to me a respectful, soft, willing, and rideable horse."
